On November 22nd, CGCS hosted Penny Hawkins, the Head of Evaluation at the Department for International Development (DFID), who discussed diversities in the field of evaluation and the implications for the development of the field. This talk was part of a series on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) funded by Penn’s Provost’s Interdisciplinary Seminar Fund, and organized together with the Graduate School of Education, the School of Medicine, and Wharton.
In August 2016, the Center for Global Communication Studies (CGCS) merged with the Project for Advanced Research in Global Communication (PARGC) to form the Center for Advanced Research in Global Communication (CARGC).
