|Internet Policy Observatory (IPO) Website Launched
CGCS is pleased to announce the launch of the Internet Policy Observatory (IPO) website globalnetpolicy.org.
This website will act as a hub for the project, providing internet policy related resources, reports, and IPO news. The IPO serves as a platform for informing relevant communities of activists, academics, and policy makers, displaying collected data and analysis about ongoing events, such as key decisions and proposals, legal or informal, on internet policy.

Applications for the 2014 Annenberg-Oxford Media Policy Summer Institute are now open.
The application deadline is March 30, 2014.
This year's institute runs from Monday June 30th- Friday July 11th at Oxford University.

The Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania and the Programme in Comparative Media Law and Policy at the University of Oxford are currently seeking chapter proposals for an edited volume on ICTs, peacebuilding, and governance in Africa.
